Motorcycle (and Gambling) FunLearning how to ride seemed so easy when I started. However, after being introduced to "crotch rockets" by Geoff MacKay, and purchasing one myself, I had to learn how to ride all over again. My bike was "only a 600," but it was very different. It's a good thing I had to keep the bike out of the power band for the break in period of the engine or I might have hurt myself.I learned how to turn all over again, really using my body as a part of the bike. The straight handlebars were a big change from the monkey bars on my cruiser, as I learned how to make the little bike turn in very fast. After a long day on the bike, we decide to have a poker night. Drinks and cards, what a combination! I ended up winning a few hundred bucks, so I was really happy. I think it's mostly becuse everyone else was drunk.
